Description : Angelica Root Essential Oil is also known as the Holy Ghost or Holy Spirit Root, Archangel Root and Oil of Angels.It is steam distilled from the dried roots of the Angelica plant. This essential oil have a pleasant earthy aroma. It's woody and peppery aroma blends well with wood oils like Cedarwood, Juniper Berry Essential Oil , some of the spice oils , and I also enjoy blending it with Orange or Bergamot Essential Oils . Angelica enriches the body and renews it. It supports winter wellness and vitality, as well as improved energy levels.

Constituents : Camphene, a-pinned, B-pinene, d-3-carene, sabinene, a-phellandrene, limonene, myrcene, B-phellandrene, trans-ocimene, cis-ocimene, p-cymene, copaene, bornyl acetate, terpinolene, terpinen-4-ol, B-bisabolene, cryptone, humulene monoxide, pentadecanolide, tridecanolide,linalool and borneol.

How to use : You can Add one or two drops of Angelica Root Essential Oil to a massage oil , or in the bath to support lymph movement, to sooth and support digestive function or as part of an overall detoxification program. For women, apply one to two drops diluted in a carrier oil as a compress over abdomen to support a balanced monthly cycle.

Benefit : Angelica Root Essential Oil has been considered an effective tonic for the digestive system due to its carminative & cholagogue properties . It is recommended for flatulence, gastritis, stomach ulcers, hiccough and anorexia. It is also effective in reviving dull skins.
