Description : Our BASIL-METHYL CHAVICOL Essential Oil is steam distilled from the leaves and flowering tops of the Basil herb. Spicy Basil (the methyl carvol chemotype) is more well known for its use for respiratory and stomach problems.

Constituents : Bergamot, Clary Sage, Clove Bud, Lime, Eucalyptus, Juniper, Lemon, Neroli, and Rosemary.

How to use : To treat constipation Mix for 3 minutes 8 figs with 4 ice cubes, the juice of 1 orange and 2 drops of basil essential oil during, Pour in bowls and decorate with Clementine and grapefruit, Serve chilled. To treat pains associated with premenstrual syndrome : Mix 200g of strawberries, 150g of fresh or frozen cassis with the juice of two lemons, Pour this purée in a pan and add 500ml of water and 2gr of agar-agar, Boil and stir for 2 minutes, Blend the preparation with 150g of silk tofu and one drop of basil essential oil, Pour into verrines and place in the refrigerator for at least two hours.
